Reed Westcott is NSBA's Vice President of Government Affairs and Federal Policy, responsible for leading the development and implementation of our advocacy strategy in Washington, D.C. Reed also serves as Executive Director of the Small Business Exporters Association (SBEA), which is the international trade arm of NSBA.

A recognized expert in business and trade policy, Reed has testified before Congress, appeared on numerous policy panels, and been cited in the media.

Reed joined NSBA from Airlines for America (A4A), where he worked across the Federal, State & Local, and International Government Affairs teams. He gained additional experience on Capitol Hill in the offices of Speaker Paul D. Ryan and Congressman Bill Shuster.

Reed is a graduate of The George Washington University with a double major in History and Political Science.
