Kristin Andrews is the Director of Process Optimization at Mans Lumber & Home, where she leads the company's adoption of AI and emerging technology. With more than twenty-five years in the building industry spanning Sales, Operations, Project Management, and Technology, she brings a rare cross-functional view of how LBM businesses actually put new tools to work.
A lifelong tech-curious learner, Kristin is known for translating between the people who sell and the people who build the systems—turning friction between Sales and IT into projects that actually ship. Her strengths include change management, strategic planning, and process efficiency, backed by a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and deep ERP experience with BisTrack, where she serves on the Advisory Council.
Kristin's industry contributions have been recognized by the Home Builders Association of Southeastern Michigan, which named her a 2019 Honoree for Distinguished Service to the Professional Women in Building Council and 2015 Associate of the Year.
