Jay is the senior client manager at The Farnsworth Group. He has managed sales and marketing for some of the top brands in the industry ranging from Fortune 300 public companies, large private companies and hyper-growth companies. Jay’s sales experience for big box retailers and the LBM channel in various capacities has provided him with the background necessary to gain product listings and increase DIY, DIFM and Pro sell-through at retail.
While on the brand marketing team at Black & Decker, Jay worked to grow the DEWALT brand in collaboration with NASCAR. As marketing manager at Johns Manville, he spearheaded the field implementation of the insulation DIFM program. Jay also held various leadership roles at OtterBox, during which sales more than tripled. He holds a Bachelor of Business Management and an MBA from Tiffin University.
